Beat Hero: Unity/C#
This is still very much in the design/prototyping phase. The player, the beat hero, charges forward to the beat of the selected song. Tapping to the rhythm generates energy for the hero. Enemies will steam down at the hero as he progresses. Attacks are performed by tapping out specific rhythms that the hero has learned. This will expend stored energy and deal damage to the opponent. Some attacks can chain together, some may cause the hero to enter a different stance where the base rhythm is different and new attacks are availble, and possibly more things can happen. Not sure if this game should have a main map that you progress through or if it more about just choosing the song and playing what you like. This will be something to experiment with in the future.
